Graham is an established Infrastructure executive with more than 20 years of experience (10 years working with toll roads) within the infrastructure sector. Working closely with public and private sector clients across Australia and New Zealand, his brand is recognised for ‘getting things done’. With solid infrastructure credentials and a highly regarded ability to analyse, price and manage risk, he enjoys getting ‘hands on’ at all stages of the infrastructure life-cycle including  the feasibility assessment stage, deal structuring, bid development, design, delivery and ongoing management.

Holding senior positions in multinational engineering infrastructure organisations (AECOM,  a Fortune 500 company) and international infrastructure owner-operators (Transurban, an ASX top 20 company), he has developed a unique infrastructure perspective which is reflected in his strong track record of success crafting and executing strategy, delivering complex and ‘issues rich’ infrastructure projects and driving optimum performance of existing infrastructure assets.
